Well I am officially doing a Spring clean on the blog front this weekend. I went to London Fashion Week in February and coordinated the team for Who’s Jack. I have been going to LFW on behalf of WJ since 2009 and am always excited to attend the shows. Here is a selection of the reports I filed this season:
Basso & Brooke
Bernard Chandran
Bora Aksu
Christian Blanken
Christopher Raeburn
Florian Jayet
Issa London
John Rocha
Louise Gray
Ones to Watch: Women
Ozwald Boetang
Pam HoggHighlights included the print explosion at Basso & Brooke, set against the stunning backdrop of Goldsmith Hall, falling in love with Danish designer Anne Sofie Madsen and the gigantic mohawks and printed PVC knee high boots shown by Louise Gray.
AW12 feels like it is set to be a bright, joyful season - full of humour and exuberant colour.

It has been a while since I posted some shots from behind the scenes. I have been saving up my off-piste treats for a sunny day. My highlights on set have included our model (Olga from M+P) taking over the stereo and starting a dance off to ‘Russian techno’, styling a legend and of course all the gorgeous fashion I get to shoot. Here’s to more on set adventures!Posted on April 14, 2012 with 3 notes ()

Jayne Pierson and Derek Lawlor sending dancers from the Royal Ballet down the catwalk at LSO St Luke’s
Fyodor Golan winning Fashion Fringe with their utterly stunning and ghostly collection of gowns inspired by French poet, Charles Baudelaire.
Holly Fulton taking ‘Vegas to Margate’ and Maria Grachvogel showing ‘snakeprint and neon’ at The Savoy. Tis the season of the culture clash.

I have been meaning to write about Ian Higginson for sometime now. Ian shot my S/S11 editorial for WJ magazine and I adore his aesthetic. Raw, simple and crisp - Ian’s signature is all about his attention to detail.
A regular collaborator with menswear designer Matthew Miller, he most recently shot his A/W11 campaign which has made a huge impact across the fashion press. Personal favourites include an emerging menswear editorial for international style journal Teapaper.
I look forward to many more collaborations Mr Higginson.

Behind the Scenes: Oxfam Fashion

Oxfam Fashion have just posted a behind the scenes blog from our vintage
shoot at Glastonbury Festival. I had forgotten what a gloriously sunny day it was! The looks were shot in The Park which had by far my favourite line-up of the weekend. I hot footed it to see Pulp straight afterwards.Coverage: Oxfam Fashion, WJ Magazine
